Down in the Mississippi mud: There is another Favre

Down in the high school ranks there is another quarterback named Favre that is having a great season. Last night, Dylan Favre just led his high school team, Saint Stanislaush Catholic Rockachaws to a 35-16 victory over Lafayette County High School in the Mississippi State 4A Championship Game.

Yes the teams name is the Rock-A-Chaws, whatever those are. It is like something out of South Park in which the school voted whether the school mascot should be a piece of terd or a deuche bag.

Favre threw for 369 yards and 3 TDs. But he made sure to show that he is a Favre by having three interceptions on the night as well.

Dylan is the son of Jeff Favre who is the brother of Brett Favre, the Minnesota Vikings quarterback. Ole Miss, UCLA, Notre Dame and Souther Mississippi (where Brett and Jeff played) have written letters of interest. But Favre has not yet received a scholarship offer. Despite the limited interest, analysts have found many similarities in Dylan and Brett's abilities.
