NBA Nepotism alive and well in Celtics organization

Austin Ainge just coached a brilliant 18-32, fifth place season for the Maine Red Claws. To reward that stellar accomplishment, his father and Boston Celtics GM has hired Austin to be a part of the executive team; proving once again it's not what you know but who you know.
