Cindy Anthony Lied on Witness Stand!

editing...The prosecution was not caught off guard

Cindy Anthony took the stand and perjured herself in an attempt to save Casey Anthony.

Cindy Anthony has been deceptive since July of 2008. She even admitted that she gave the FBI analysts the wrong hair brush, deliberately, as she knew that Casey had murdered Caylee. While fearing her daughter would be found guilty of murdering her granddaughter, Cindy Anthony went to the police to suggest that the killer was Jesse Grund, a young man who was engaged to Casey, who

Cindy Anthony testified that she researched chloroform on the computer, in March 2008.

Cindy has lied from the beginning and no one should be surprised that she would be willing to lie now.

Cindy lied about the stain in the car. She did not answer the question about the stain directly, but avoided it. The purpose is the same: to deceive.

Cross Examination:

Were you home on March 17th, 2008 between 143 and 155pm

if those computer entries, then I made them.

she lied about her hours and her face immediately reddened. Her voice is shaking, her face flushed.

Cindy Anthony lied under oath to claim the entries were made by her, and not by Casey

The prosecution must now show her to the jury as a liar:

Cross: were you or weren't you?

Answer: it is possible.

The State of Florida challenged her about her work records which would prove that she was at work and not at home on the computer, Cindy countered with:

"I am sure that all those things are lost by now."

Cindy then went on to talk about how her company was in 40 states in an attempt to divert prosecution from learning that she was actually at work that day. The diversion is something that we have seen from Casey (see analysis of her first police interview)

In 2008, Cindy did not tell the police she googled how to make chloroform.

in 2009, Cindy said she searched for chlorphill and denied making any searches on how to make chloroform.

Cindy denied googling "how to make up chloroform"

Cindy even spelled the word under her deposition.

She now says she looked up chloroform.

I did not type in "how to make chloroform" then when asked again, asked 3 times,

"I don't recall typing in how to make chloroform"

Do you recall denying you searched for self defense
household weapons
neck breaking

"but I do recall that there was a pop up showing a you tube skate board skate boarding on rails..." and off she went into a tangent.

Is this is something you are recalling now since you changed your medication since 2009?

No, I recalled it at the time but you didn't ask me.

My memory is better now than when I had my deposition in 2009.

"inhalation"?

answer: probably

vague answers ---

She said that even "Casey's friends could use the computer if they needed to..." a vagueness.

Which profile do you use?

Cindy answered with "we" switching.

There is a user profile and a Casey profile, and an icon for each one. Even though the prosecutor said that they were talking "exclusively" about the desk top, Cindy referred to the lap top in an attempt to confuse the issue.

The prosecutor wasn't buying it for a moment.

WEre you on that website 84 times?
I was on it several times

WEre you on that website 84 times?
I don't know

Note that she said "I don't know what my computer does while it is running"

Lie after lie

The prosecution was ready for these lies, including the computer and the car stain.

Cindy Anthony lied. Now look back at the analysis of her attorney's statement today in which "under any circumstance" showed sensitivity. We now know why this was sensitive:

There are circumstances in which Cindy Anthony would lie for Casey.

"Happy Mother's Day" takes on a rich meaning now as Cindy shows that justice for Caylee is utterly without meaning for Cindy Anthony.
