Lee attempts to be clever:
he is reluctant to remember much, as a nod to Casey, but is still testifying on the behalf of the prosecution.
Can he play both sides?
This will be drawn out for quite some time if Lee is going to need to be "reminded", repeatedly, by being shown his sworn deposition.
If it continues, Judge Perry will likely have something to say...or do.
Baez is not doing the cross examination. Bill Shaeffer said Dorothy Sims will after Baez' "novice" mistakes.
