BREAKING NEWS ALERTS
KISSIMMEE --
Police said they are looking for a 4-year-old boy missing since July 14.
Tatum Contosta was last seen at the Budget Inn Motel, located at 307 E. Vine St.
Kissimmee police issued the alert late Thursday, over a week after Tatum's mother, Jessica Contosta, said she left the boy at the motel with Silverio Irizarry, 45, a homeless man.
The boy's mother was later arrested in Orange County. She said she had not seen or heard from either her son or Irizarry since July 14.
Police said they are particularly worried, because Irizarry is homeless and has drug problems, including an addiction to heroin.
Irizarry is not related to either Tatum or his mother.
According to jail records, Jessica Contosta, 32, was booked into the Orange County Jail on prostitution charges on July 14, the same day she said she left Tatum at the motel. She said Irizarry was only supposed to watch her son for about an hour.
