Scary Piglet Halloween Coloring Pages

Halloween coloring pages

Just wanna make some fun with Halloween coloring pages. But, do you know what this weird day is?

For me, Halloween is probably one of the celebrations (festival) which is difficult to interpret. As of October 31 people dressed in weird and creepy, and certainly get party; the children with a lantern and knocking on doors asking for treats of candy (trick-or-treating); there are striking cultural contradictions of modern society. My answer is because the context of celebrating the environment is in Western.

A little history from this Halloween coloring pages: It is now spread even to countries such as the non-western, is a post-harvest tradition that originated from Ireland. Of course still in the days of paganism; celebration of ancient Celtic culture that originally named "Samhain". This celebration marks the end of the harvest season which is also common in many cultures celebrated other nations.

The origins of Halloween or Samhain are celebrated with the slaughter of cattle to be stored in the winter, following storage of other crops. The point of entry of the winter is considered the border between the world of the living and the dead. Those who have died are to endanger the public through a variety of diseases, in fact, failed harvests. As form offerings is throwing the bones of slaughtered animals. To deceive the ghosts and demons are roaming, the people were wearing various masks and costumes / clothing scary.

Anyway, I don’t really care about this history. For me, it just a fun time to make our kids do a better activity. OK, its time to download this free Halloween coloring pages. :)
