Jeff Ashton has said everything everyone has been saying for 3 years.
His brilliant Closing Argument was based upon Casey's pattern of lying. We will cover this in detail with analysis, but for now, here are some of what the State has shown, which all have one thing in common:
The exposure of a deceptive monster before the world.
It is something the sociopathic monster cannot abide. We expect that Casey Anthony will respond with the same cold-blooded murderous venom she used to suffocate Caylee.
Expect a scorched earth response from Casey.
Liars cannot bear to have their self-image hurt, but if actually utterly exposed, the liar-murder strikes back with ferocity.
Ashton said that Casey is intelligent, so she makes up lies that suit what she wants. This keeps away any foolish emotional excusing by a juror.
For almost 2 years, Casey lies and pretends to have a job and pretends to have a nanny. When her fake job and fake nanny leave Casey stuck with Caylee, she has to readjusts her lies.
Each time she lied, things worked out...for awhile. But eventually, Caylee's speech was getting to the point where she is going to
Casey's face: 'I can't believe he figured me out!" as if she has been undraped for the world to see all of her lies exposed.
Jose Baez should be very afraid of what Casey is capable of.
