No 3 year old should be out side unsupervised. A 5 year old is not supervision.

A commentator highlighted the 2.56 mark of the video.
The police likely are looking at all know sex offenders, though they start with the family. Both parents should take a polygraph and clear themselves immediately so that the circle can broaden, quickly.
The father's comment about Breeann not hurting anyone is concerning. Why introduce "hurt" or harming when speaking of a 3 year old? This is unusual.
The police should question if the father has caused harm to anyone and his daughter has become retaliation. Drug transaction, debt, owing money, etc, should all be examined with this type of language.
They must also learn if there have been any family conflicts, or if any sex offenders are in the family.
We will post updates as available. Police now say 2 pieces of evidence found:

SENATH, MO (KFVS) -
Police are searching an area south of Senath after finding two pieces evidence linked to missing 3-year-old Breeann Rodriguez.
Police found a physical piece of evidence around 7 p.m. Tuesday. They found another piece of evidence Wednesday morning.
The FBIT would give not further details on what they found, but did say crews are searching south of Senath with helicopters and dog teams.
FBI and Senath Police are looking for an older model white van in connection with the disappearance of 3-year-old Breeann Rodriguez.
Breeann was riding her bike with her brother around noon on Saturday. Her brother went inside for a bit and came out to find her and her pink bike with training wheels gone.
Her trail had gone cold from there. Her parents say they are heartbroken and anxious for their daughter's safety.
Police ask anyone with information to call the FBI tip number at 1-866-371-TIPS.
Tips will also be taken at the Senath Police Department at (573) 738-2818 or the Dunklin County Sheriff's Office at (573) 888-2424.
